Service
A team of technicians ensures support for any issues related to loaders, including prompt intervention by a qualified technician if necessary.
During the installation of machinery at customers' premises, our technicians perform all the necessary checks for the start-up of the machinery and provide training to the relevant personnel. Additional training courses can be organized either at the customer's location or at our facility.
The service can be complemented with a tele-service system that allows for remote monitoring of any anomalies in the loader system. This ensures quick intervention and reduces the associated service costs.
The Service department also handles scheduled maintenance for customer's machine fleet or complete revision of used Pietro Cucchi and Cucchi BLT loaders.
For the German market, the Service department is managed by the Neckarsulm branch (Cucchi BLT Deutschland GmbH). In countries where official distributors are present, the service is provided by the respective distributor.
Revisions
Thanks to years of experience in the construction of bar loaders, Cucchi BLT also offers a revision, upgrade, or complete rebuilding service for Pietro Cucchi and Cucchi BLT loaders.
Starting from the replacement of worn parts to the installation of advanced control systems, revising a loader is a cost-effective solution for customers that often allows upgrading the loader to performance and reliability levels comparable to a new loader.
Moreover, when necessary, it is possible to bring the machine into compliance with current CE regulations and obtain certification.
