In the summer of 2013, the historical company Pietro Cucchi S.p.A., a bar loader manufacturer with over thirty years of experience, became part of the Tajmac Group.
Today, Cucchi BLT s.r.l. expands its range of products within the new headquarters in Cinisello Balsamo, thus achieving an enhancement of its production capabilities with a focus on new, partially unexplored markets.
A "second youth" characterized by autonomy and continuity, based on the know-how acquired over the past decades and supported by the hiring of young technicians to provide new energy to the design and research and development departments.
Thanks to these internal synergies, Cucchi BLT products are customized to adapt to the customer's lathe or system, ensuring high productivity and flexibility, as well as the reliability that only a tailored solution can provide.

FROM DESIGN TO PRODUCTION
At Cucchi BLT, the development of new solutions and the continuous improvement of existing ones are among the primary objectives of the company. The experience gained over the years, production flexibility, and the expertise of our designers allow for the continuous evolution of the range of loaders and accessories in our product assortment.
The adoption of a closed-loop production process allows us to have full control over the design and assembly phases of the loaders, all supported by constant feedback received from our in-house technical support department.
The refinement and simplification of assembly stages, combined with an efficient control system, enable us to optimize costs and provide our customers with an efficient, high-performing, and economically competitive product.

After-sales assistance is an important resource for the customer, and its promptness allows for minimizing machine downtime in case of breakdowns or planned interventions.
In addition to routine maintenance, the Cucchi BLT Service department provides direct contact in case of issues that cannot be resolved by the customer and can deliver the necessary parts for maintenance in Italy within twenty-four hours.
We also perform complete revisions of loaders, bringing them back to optimal working conditions and adapting them to the customer's current needs.
These operations range from simply replacing wear components to complete modifications of mechanical loaders, allowing for the machine's adaptation to the latest production requirements.
