A team of technicians provides support for any issues regarding our loaders including the intervention of a qualified technician if necessary.

During the installation of equipment at the customer site, our technicians ensure all checks for the start of production of the machines and provide an educational training to the staff. It’s alsopossible to organize additional training courses to be held at the customer sito or at our office.

The service assistance can be completed with a system of tele service that allows, by means of a remote connection, to check for any anomalies on the system of the loader. This guarantees the rapidity of intervention by reducing the costs inherent to the service.

The Service also manages the organization of planned maintenance on machines of the customer park or the complete revision of used bar loaders produced by Pietro Cucchi and Cucchi BLT.

For the German market the service department is managed from its headquarters in Neckarsulm (Cucchi BLT Deutschland GmbH). For countries where there are official distributors the assistance service is guaranteed by the distributor itself.
